Data export

Export 3D model data straight into a worksheet.

Export model component data to flat tables or pivot tables with one click. Configure which properties are included, then export everything or just your current selection. Output lands at the currently selected cell and works with existing worksheets.

  • Flat table and pivot table formats
  • Export All, or export the current selection
  • Choose the included properties in Export Settings
  • Writes at the selected cell, into the sheet you are already in

Bidirectional filtering

Selections in the model filter the sheet, and rows in the sheet drive the model.

Selection in the 3D viewer filters rows in the worksheet. Clicking rows triggers model actions such as highlight, isolate, select, or fit the camera. Excel column filters propagate back to the model. Everything stays in sync.

  • Model selection filters the worksheet rows
  • A row click can highlight, show only, select or fit
  • Column filters drive the model in return
  • Works with both flat table and pivot table exports

Status visualisation

Colour the model using any Excel column.

Map any column in your exported worksheet to model element colours. Assign a colour to each value and the viewer updates in real time. Use it for progress tracking, system types, zone assignments, or any categorical field in your data.

  • Colour by any property or worksheet column
  • A colour per unique value, assigned by you
  • The model updates live as the assignments change
  • Runs alongside filtering and bidirectional selection
